Martin Zimmerman: George Zimmerman Mugshot

 

 

George Zimmerman turned himself into authorities today and was charged with 2nd degree murder of Trayvon Martin.  Zimmerman shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin to death on February 26, 2012 and claimed self-defense under Florida's controversial "Stand Your Ground" Law.  It has taken 45-days to get to this point.  

 

Zimmerman wasn't arrested and charged at the time of the shooting which began national protests and outrage calling for an arrest.  Many, especially in the African-American community cited race and racial profiling as a major factor in Zimmerman's pursuit of Trayvon that fateful night.

 

Zimmerman was processed and booked in Seminole County and will face a judge tomorrow for bail.

Marc Anthony Files for DIVORCE from Jennifer Lopez

 

 

Marc Anthony has filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez citing "irreconcilable differences".  In the papers that are dated April 9, Anthony is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins Max & Emma.  Marc also is asking that Jennifer not be allowed spousal support should she ask.

 

They announced their separation in July of last year, even though the filed papers doesn't indicate a specific date.  Jennifer has been openly dating new boyfriend Casper Smart while Marc has stepped out with Shannon De Lima.

George Zimmerman Update: George Zimmerman Will Be Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

 

 

 

Special Prosecutor, Angela Corey, just announced that George Zimmerman will be charged with 2nd Degree Murder.   Zimmerman admitted to shooting Trayvon Martin, an armed African-American teen on the night of February 26, 2012.  Zimmerman claimed self-defense and wasn't arrested or charged with any crime up until this moment.  It sparked national outcry among many, especially the African-American community.  Many felt he Trayvon was racially profiled by Zimmerman for being Black and wearing a hoodie.  The Sanford police have been accused of sloppy police work. 

 

 Zimmerman is already in custody already but the location was not disclosed.  Corey said charges will be laid out in a court of law.

Trayvon Martin Update: George Zimmerman Expected to Be Charges 

 

 

George Zimmerman is expected to be charged today.  The special prosecutor, Angela Corey, announced that she will make the announcement at 6p.m. EST.  Zimmerman shot and killed Travyon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old African American teenager on the night of February 26, 2012.  Zimmerman claimed self-defense based on Florida's controversial "Stand Your Ground" Law.

 

Yesterday, George Zimmerman's former attorneys held a press conference saying they would no longer be representing Zimmerman because they had lost contact with him and he had went against counsel's advice.  They did point out however, they still believe he had a right to defend himself.  Story Developing….

Kim Kardashian & Family recently took a trip to the Dominican Republic, which will be featured on the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 7 scheduled to premiere May 20 9ET/PT.  

 

The family looked rested and laid back as they enjoyed fun in the sun around the pool.  They also went on a yacht ride and jet skiing.  Kim showed off her curves and biknii body and so did Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.

Christian Dior recently signed actress Mila Kunis to a deal to advertise their handbag campaign.  The beautiful actress posed in a treny pink, low-cut dress, of cours,e making sure to keep the handbag as the main focal point.  Mila is a great fit for the campaign, yet she has admitted she is quite the fashionista!  She is continuing her acting strides as she is in talks on to new acting projects!

Kris Humphries sister, who recently signed with Ford Models, has done her first major photo shoot for The Limited plus-sized clothing line Eloquii.  She modeled fun and flirty clothes posing and smiling for the camera.  

 

Kaela told People magazine that the clothes from the line fit and looked amazing and the line was really fashion forward.  Kaela's profile has definitely been raised since her brother became married with Kim Kardashian and is now involved in an ugly divorce.
