As the case of the person, William Balfour, accused of killing Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and 7-year-old nephew continues, today proved to be to much for the singer. The prosecution showed grizzly photos of her blood-soaked nephew, Julian King, at the scene of the crime. He was shot 2 times in the head. jennifer did not want to see any of the crime scence photos so she excused herself from the courtroom. David Otunga, her fiance, remained in the courtroom taken careful notes. The accused killer has previously plead not guilty to the murders.
