Tori, who is pregnant with her 4th child with husband Dean McDermott, wore a two piece bikini. She recently said that her husband finds her sexiest when she's with child, telling her she is the "sexiest pregnant woman". Tori also says that she would have 10 kids if she could. She already has Liam, Stella, and Hattie.
