Katy Perry was at Fleet Week earlier this week and found a new guy to give a kiss to. During a block party for the Navy, Marines, Coast Guard team, Katy pulled a lucky marine onto the stage to re-enact the iconic "V-J Day in Times Square" photo. She asked him if he wanted to do it and "your not gonna drop me?" With that said, they dipped and kissed and the crowd went wild!
