Kim Kardashian Tells Oprah She is Older, Wiser 

 

 

Oprah says that Kim Kardashian is older, wiser and showing more maturity as Kim agreed with the Big O.  Oprah taped a two-part segment with the most famous reality-show family in the world.  Kim spoke candidly about what she went through with her  72-day marriage to Kris Humphries, being famous for being famous and more.  Some of the things Kim said in her interview with Oprah:

 

“A lot of my friends, the people I love to sit and talk to and spend my time with, are just wiser, a little bit older than me, than they where before… all my boyfriends were always younger. I always date five years younger,” she says.
 
“I feel like I’ve had an epiphany over the past year… I feel like I’m a changed person from my own experiences,” she explains.
 
Of her marriage to Kris:

“I didn’t spend more than a whole week with my ex before we married. When we moved in together, I saw how our relationship was… I don’t want to get into the small things, but once we moved in, I knew he was not the one.”

“I was in love, I wanted the life that I always pictured my fairytale life to be,” she said. “I would’ve had an extravagant wedding anyway; to end that relationship was a risk in itself to lose ratings and I had to take the risk to be honest to myself.”

Kim, at least, was apologetic. “For anyone I hurt, I’m truly sorry, I don’t wish pain on anyone, but the person I am because of that crazy experience, I wouldn’t change it for the world. I loved him, obviously it hurt him, and it hurt me too. It was embarrassing, I don’t want to call it a mistake, it was a lesson.”
