Mystery Still Surrounds Marilyn Monroe's Death

 

 

 

Marilyn Monroe still to this day commands as much attention, if not more, than she did when she was alive.  Her death still remains in a cloud of mystery , even though it was ruled a "probable suidcide."  A Harvard trained forensic pshchoogist, Dr. S. David Berstein, has weighed in on a signed checked dated the day before the icon's death.  The check was dated for August 4, 1962.  The check was written for $228.80 for the purchase of a white chest of drawers from Pilgrim's Furniture.  The psychologist suggests that this behavoir was contradictory to what someone who is conteplating suicide would do.  He says it would be more consistent with someone who "isnt"suicidal."  He added:

 

 "A single item — especially something practical like a chest of drawers and of a low value like this — suggests a frame of mind of ‘I’m going to be here for awhile,’ " he said. "If I were doing a psychological autopsy, this would be intriguing. This would be more consistent with someone who is not suicidal.”

 

The check is a part of a 15-item collection auction that will be sold by Heritage Auction commemorating the icon's death.

Serena: I'm WINNING AT WIMBLEDON

 

 

Serena Williams wins 5th Wimbledon Title & 14th Grand Slam Title today as she faced off against Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland.  The tennis superstar looked better than ever as she beat Radwanska 6-1, 5-7, 6-2.  Williams has had some recent health setbacks since 2010, having a severe foot injury and some illness.  After winning, Serena jumped into the stands and hugged her father, mother, and sister Venus.   Serena said of the win:

 

   ”I can’t even describe it. I almost didn’t make it,”….She added ”A few years ago, you know, I was in the hospital, and now I’m here again. It’s so worth it, and I’m so happy.

Myla Sinanaj, Kris Humphries "ex" is apparently pregnant and showing off her baby bump as she was photographed going to a burger joint yesterday.  Kris has gone and dug himself a deep hole with the "is she or isn't she ex-girlfriend drama".  In his divorce with Kim Kardashian, he claims he has suffered emotionally following their break-up and had trouble moving on.

 

 

This pregnancy, if he is indeed the father, will now serve in Kim's favor as this will strongly contradict what he has alleged.  Myla is said to be about three months along and says Kris is definitely the father.  She is reported to have said she wants to raise the child alone after the way Kris has treated her.  Once things emerged he was dating her, he denied it and stopped all contact with her.  

 

Update: Myla  tweeted this photo today July 09, which is raising the question as to whether she was ever pregnant at all or did she have an abortion.  Wht do you think?

Megan Fox share photos with her fans of her younger years.  The actress, who is now pregnant with her first child with husband Brian Austin Greene, posted pictures of herself on her Facebook at the age of 12.  She told fans to "say hello to my 12 year old self." She added:

 

"I encourage you to admire my citrus/copper colored highlights (thanks Sun-in!) my braces, and my ever present sunburn," … showing she clearly has a sense of humor about her past styling choices.

 

She also added that she is, by the way, brushing her brows with a toothbrush………..what we do when we are young

Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Negotiating Divorce

 

 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes at the moment are negotiating a divorce settlement.  Katie filed for divorce from Tom just over a few weeks ago and there has been a media frenzy since.  TMZ is reporting that the pair's attorney's are trying to negotiate a divorce settlement that will be satisfactory for everyone involved.  

 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have called a temporary truce while their lawyers try to negotiate a full divorce settlement … TMZ has learned.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell us … there are NO immediate plans for either side to go to court. There will be no court hearing Monday, Tuesday or in the foreseeable future, unless the negotiations fall apart.

Sources tell us the lawyers are negotiating child custody, visitation, child support and a property settlement.

We're also told the whole settlement could be ratified in New York if all goes well.  In other words, there may not be a move by Tom's camp to transfer the case to California, where judges are more likely to award joint custody.

One source described the emotional state of the negotiations as "calm."
