Nicole Scherzinger and Chris Brown were seen getting up-close and personal last night in an L.A. club causing the rumor mill to swiftly get into action.  Reports begin to surface that the pair were kissing in the club, but Nicole's representatives have denied the reports and said it was "ridiculous".  The pair including Will. I. Am, Sean Kingston were there to help host The Black Pyramid Party at the Supperclub Tuesday.  Her representative added that the photos are of two old friends who were trying to talk at a very loud club.
