Rihanna sent Chris Brown well wishes yesterday as he had to appear in court yesterday for a probation progress hearing regarding his 2009 battery case for hitting ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Rihanna tweeted:
Ri then later sent a message not directly using @ChrisBrown, but it is assumed that the message was indirectly directed at him. She tweeted:
In court, Chris failed a drug test in which he tested positive for marijuana back in June. He has a medical marijuana prescription in California, but failed the test in Virginia where its illegal. The judge in the case cut in some slack because she never order any drug testing. The case will also be moved back to California because that is where Chris lives now.
Rohan Marley, singer Lauryn Hill's ex, responds to former Fugees member Wyclef Jean's accusations that Lauryn Hill led him to think her first born son was his (Wyclef). He told TMZ" he (Wyclef) knew from jump that he was my son from the day (Lauryn) was pregnant. Wyclef claimed in his new memoir that he had an affair with Lauryn during this time and she led him to believe that her first born son, who is actually Rohan's child, was Wyclef's. Rohan also added that Jean is just saying false things to get book headlines and he has no plans on talking it out with Clef because he knows he is fronting himself. Wyclef, for his part, maintains he is telling the truth, telling the website, "There was no way I would have shown up at the hospital in that circumstance to wait for a baby to be born if it was not mine, adding 'The idea of a memoir is to tell the truth, I know that often the truth hurts, but a lie hurts even more."
I would like to personally talk about my mother and what she meant to me. My mother's name was Dorothy and to me, she was a wonderful, beautiful mother that I wouldn't trade for anything in the world. My mother lost her battle to colon cancer in 1990 when I was only 10 and my sister 17. Being a young child and trying to understand what death is and navigate through a relentless world without your mother is a difficult thing to say the least. Trying to do this still affects me to this day. My mom had a beautiful soul. She would give the clothes off of her back to anyone. She just had a giving spirit. Watching her pray for the sik, managing to hold down a job and be a loving wife inspired me to want to be a good mother to my own children one day.
Memories are one of the best things you have when you lose someone. You will remember them vividly. I remember a time when she helped me draw a bear poster once when when I had to turn in a poster drawing of a book I read when I was 7. I remember when I told her I didn't feel well and she immediately took me to the doctor. I remember going to church all the time and her praying and singing hymns that filled her soul with joy! I could go on and on about memories of my mom, but memories can soothe an aching heart and calm a broken spirit. I hold them near and dear to my heart.
Simply put, my mom was a great mom. I feel we had a spiritual connection that reached beyond death, if that makes any sense at all. One thing I can tell you if you still have your mother….cherish her because you only get one! I didn't realize that my time with my mom would be so short, but I hold on to the fact that I had that time. Some people don't get anytime at all with their mothers. I am forever grateful for the beautiful times I did have with my mom. So on that note, hold your mother close, tell her you love her, and cherish that I moment! I wish I could!

1) Who is Billy Payne?
I'm a mixed preacher's son from Indiana, who loves pit bulls and takes a pretty good picture every now and then, lol!! I know that was a simple answer, but that's because I'm pretty simple and easy going.
2) When did you start modeling and why did you decide to become a model?
I started modeling around the age of 7. My mom got me involved in local shows and print jobs. I backed away from it while in high school to focus on college. While in college I ventured back into it to make money on the side. And the rest is history.
3) What is a typical day in the life of a male top model?
A typical day would consist of getting some type of work out in. Check and respond to emails. Get your go see's from your agency. Head out and book as many jobs as possible in that day. Then head to your photo shoot or shoot's that you have booked for that day. Don't forget to try to fit in lunch, if you can, lol!!! Check back in with your agency. Meet up with friends for drinks/dinner. Head home. Check emails again. Watch a little t.v. Check to see what Angie Michelle has been up to Go to bed, then wake up and do it all over again. I think that about cover's it
4) What is the most rewarding moment you have had as a model?
That's an easy one! It would have to be the first time I got the call from my parents that someone in another city had seen me on a billboard. The pure joy and excitement that penetrated through the phone lines was overwhelming. I think it was the first time that my dad actually took my career seriously. Before that. I think he looked at it as more of a hobby of mine. That moment changed a lot for me personally.
5) Who are some brands you have worked for?
Ummm… Brands I have worked for? There's Coca~Cola, AKOO, Smirnoff, Ford, KFC, Sean John, HugoBoss, VIBE Magazine, Luster's Pink Oil, NY Fashion Week, and the Georgia Lottery to name a few. I act as well, and I've been fortunate to have 8 commercials under my belt. So some of the previously mentioned are clients not brands. Wouldn't want to confuse anyone…
6.) How do you balance your life and your modeling career?
With A LOT OF HELP!!!! I'm blessed to have some really good people around me. From family to management. They do everything from keeping me grounded and on track, to walking my dogs and getting my mail while I'm out out of town working. And that's even when I'm gone for months at a time. However, it takes a concentrated effort on my part as well. You can easily get wrapped up in "your" world, that you forget those that put you in that position. I NEVER want to do that! Thank you family and friends!!!
7) What is the best attribute that contributes to your modeling career?
LOL!!!! I would say one thing, but most would say my eyes. But outside of features, I would have to say my work ethic. I take what I do very seriously. It's my passion. It's my craft. And I think that's what people see IN my eyes, that comes through in my work. Not just their color.
8) What advice would you give any aspiring models?
Be as educated as you can on anything that you attach yourself to!!! When you know better, you DO better. NEVER put all of your eggs in one basket. And it's not always what you know, but who you know… All 4 of these principles can be applied to all aspects of life. Not just modeling! Always be good to YOU!
Victoria Beckham has been an international star for some time now. She first came onto the scene as Posh from The Spice Girls, but the mother of four and wife to one of the sexiest men in the world, has become a fashionista and designer to the stars. The beauty covers the UK's May Harper Bazaar. Victoria talked to the Senior Deputy Editor, Sarah Bailey, about being a mother and managing her in demand fashion empire.
Beckham said of her body and being married to David:
"Maybe my tummy isn't as tight as it used to be, but I've got four amazing kids, and that's what really matters" and what it’s like to go to bed with David Beckham. "Of course getting in to bed with David Beckham every night after having four kids, you know…[cue eye-roll of resigned self-deprication]- but I've come to the conclusion that David is getting older as well. I'm not trying to fight it."
Testing her own designs:
"We always joke that we have this fabulously gorgeous 17-year-old model who is six-foot-whatever, and then I say 'OK, I'm going to put it on. I stand for the general public here.' It's how I work. I found it really difficult when I was pregnant and I couldn't do that. It's part of the process — I'll stand here in my knickers and start draping fabric over myself. It was very hard when I didn't have my body."
Recently, singer Beyonce wore one of Becks dresses and she literally made her "scream" Victoria told Extra:
After five years of back and forth court appearances and several possibilities of going to jail, Lindsay Lohan is officially free!. She appeared in court today looking very good in a casual blue suit and black high heels. After appearing in court today, Judge Sautner said "She did it". She has completed all of her probation requirements. TMZ reports:
The judge took Lindsay off probation altogether in what her honor called "the endless" 2007 DUI case. If Lindsay had not completed the terms of her probation, Judge Sautner could have sentenced her to 270 days in the pokey. When the judge terminated probation, Lindsay cracked a big smile and breathed a huge sigh of relief.
As for the necklace heist case, Judge Sautner said Lindsay completed community service at the morgue, therapy and the shoplifter's course — so her formal probation is now informal probation, and all Lindsay has to do is OBEY ALL LAWS for the next 2 1/2 years. Sautner said, "I know it's kinda hard when people are following you all over the place … but that's the life you chose."
Judge Sautner gave Lindsay some good advice, "Stop nightclubbing and focus on your work."
Lindsay and her attorney thanked the judge, hugged and all ended well in court.
