"We did not do 'Dumb and Dumberer,'" he said. "That was a studio thing."

As the search for what exactly happened the night Trayvon Martin was shot by George Zimmerman intensifies, now FBI agents are questioning witnesses that witnessed what happened the night of the shooting. They are focusing on whether or not Trayvon's civil rights may have been violated that night and confirmed to NBC News that they are doing a "parallel investigation" to Florida States own investigation.
Agents are looking for more information into George Zimmerman's background and whether he was motivated by race when he chased after Trayvon Martin. It had come out that Zimmerman may have uttered "f@#king c@#ns" under his breath just before pursuing Trayvon, which has been hotly debated as to whether he used a "c" or "g". In any case, this has garnered national and international headlines, sparking debate over race & racial profiling.
The agents were at The Retreat at Twin Lakes, the location of the Martin shooting yesterday, conducting interviews with witnesses. The DOJ confirmed about two weeks ago they were going to be looking into the case and the arrival of the federal agents shows that the investigation is progressing.
NBC has confirmed from a senior law enforcement officer, that one of the key pieces of evidence is Zimmerman's prior calls to 911.Zimmerman had made previous phone calls to 911 in other incidents where he suspected questionable activity. Reportedly, the area had been hit with a rash of robberies in the past. NBC News reports:
The call sheets show that five of seven phone calls Zimmerman had made since last August involved what he viewed as suspicious activity by young men identified as "black males." But the call sheets do not indicate whether Zimmerman was asked about the race of the suspects or volunteered that information. Zimmerman, who has not come forward to talk about the shooting, acknowledged to police that he shot Martin but insists it was self-defense.
