Demi Lovato has alot going on for her. She is now one of the judges on X-Factor. She covers Cosmopolitan July 2012 and gets candid about her life and past. In the magazine, she says that fighting her "deamons" is a daily battle. Lovato previously had problems with cutting, bilemia, anorexia. She told the magazine:
'It’s a daily thing; you don’t get time off from it.
'And if I feel myself slipping back into old patterns, I have to ask others for help, which is hard for me to learn, because I really like doing everything on my own."
She admited to taking cocaine to help her cope with the lonlieness after coming off stage. She says she feels relief when her self-harming became public because it led to her being diagonosed with bipolar disorder. She added she wanted to be settled down with a family by the age of 30.
