Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco are divorced after a short-lived marriage, but Evelyn Lozada is sharing how he is moving on with her life.  Chad head-butted Evelyn after she confronted him after finding condoms, thus causing her to file for divorce.  Since then, she took some time off work to get herself back together and reflect on where she wants to go with her life. Now, she shared photos with fans via her website, of her getting back to her grind and moving on with her life.  She wrote:

 

 

I was so happy to FINALLY get back to work after taking a hiatus that seemed like FOREVER!  I had an AMAZING shoot today in Atlanta with celebrity photographer Drexina Nelson!  I can’t wait for you guys to see the finished product, Drexina is awesome and I would recommend her for your next shoot. I have included a few behind the scenes shots from today, which was loooong and tiring, but I made it!  Thank you to my wonderful team for once again holding it down as usual!  Jason Sky (creative director/stylist), Nataki Minix (hair), Sheryl Lawrence (make-up), Danika Berry (publicist) and of course, my bff Teresa Caldwell!

Oprah's interview with R & B singer Usher showed last night and Oprah asked some very private and intimate questions.  The most interesting question O asked him was whether he cheated on Tameka Raymond during their marriage.  The singer, admitted that he did indeed cheat by stating "When we were separated, 'yes I did."  He also talked about how there were some people who believed in the marriage and some didn't.  His mother was one of the ones who didn't.  Oprah even asked him if he's ever made love to his own music.  He replied "Some may say this is rather narcissistic, but yeah!"

 

The Custody Fight 

The same judge that awarded the singer full custody of the pair's two children, recently shot down Tameka's request for a retrial.  Tameka is still adamant that this will not stop her and plans to file appeal.  As for now, Usher says that the interview with Oprah will be the one and only time he will talk about Tameka and the custody issue.

 

 

Usher's relationship with his now ex-wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, has played out in the tabloids for years. In the summer of 2007, the couple made headlines when they called off their lavish wedding hours before the ceremony. A week later, they exchanged vows in the office of Usher's attorney. The marriage was short-lived, though, and they were divorced in 2009. Then, in August 2012, a judge awarded Usher primary custody of his two sons after a lengthy dispute. Now, for the first time, Usher shared why he had second thoughts about his marriage and opens up about his custody battle.

Elin Nordegren hit the Miami Beach this weekend showing her bikini bod.  Elin just reportedly split from wealthy businessman because it was "too soon" after her divorce from Tiger Woods.  She can hold her own as she earned $100 million dollars from the divorce. The 32-year-old mother of two is having a mansion built in Florida from the ground up.

Tameka Foster is getting very freaked.  Usher may be able to put her out of one of his Georgia homes as long as he gives her 60 day notice.  TMZ reports:

 

Sources tell us, the couple — who's trying to settle a nasty custody dispute — is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher's Georgia mansion.

Tameka's currently living there — but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property whenever he wants … as long as he gives her a 60-day heads up.

We're told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger — leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she's asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher's kids.





Usher's response … no way, no how.  He says he's already paid her enough.

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian's divorce battle is about to hit epic proportions.  Kim has been trying to settle the divorce out of court, but Kris will not budge, he wants Kim to admit she defrauded him into marriage and offer a public apology.  That is not going to happen anytime soon and reports are now surfacing that they may be in a courtroom as soon as June.  Radaronline reports:

 

Kris is anticipating that Kim will be deposed first, this is something that his lawyer is insisting upon. Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer, Laura Wasser's office, in early June and they are still wrangling over whether or not it will be videotaped," a source close to the former couple tells RadarOnline.com. "Kris' depo will take place shortly thereafter and both should have their formal sit down interviews for their divorce proceedings by the end of June."

Team Humphries plan on grilling Kardashian about several subjects, including what happened to the $325k white Ferrari the then-couple was given as a wedding gift by a wealthy Malaysian businessman.

 

"Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out. Amongst other matters, he wants to know about the Ferrari that the couple got from a very wealthy Malaysian businessman that attended the wedding," a source previously told RadarOnline.com. "Kris was at Kim's house when the car was delivered — it was given to both of them, but Kim has kept sole ownership and has used it extensively. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial."

Kris Humphries wants Kim Kardashian to admit that the marriage was "staged by her family".  A friend told The New York Post, Kris wants her to admit fraud, admit it was staged and offer him a public apology.  He reportedly also turned down $7 million dollars offered to him to let the entire thing go.  Someone from Kim's camps says Kim didn't make a $7 million dollar offer and denied claims Kim is slamming him in the press.  Kim just "wants to move on."

 

Kim filed for divorce from Kris after only 72 days of marriage.  Kris most recently asked a court to force Kim to disclose all accounting of what they made during the marriage.  Many people have joked that their divorce is lasting longer than their marriage.

Kris Humphries is demanding $7M dollars from Kim Kardashian to keep his trap shut or he continues to push for a televised public trial of their divorce.  Kim filed for divorce from the basketball player only after just 72-days of marriage and every since then, it has been a whirlwind of bad publicity for both.  It has gotten even worse personally, as Kris has said he wants a public trial and wants to prove Kim had no intentions of staying married to him.

 

It came out yesterday that Kris may end up representing himself in the divorce proceedings because he filed papers appointing himself as his own lawyer. The attorney he wanted to use is from Minnesota and in Cali, an out of state attorney has to have a local attorney by his side.  The attorney, from California, that was supposed to work with Kris Humphries Minnesota attorney withdrew from the case, leaving Kris in a predicament.

 

Kim is represented by Laura Wasser, who is one of the best and most powerful divorce lawyers in Hollywood.  Kris has commented and said he doesn't plan to represent himself and his attorney from Minnesota is still actively seeking another sponsor from L.A.

 

Kris has been told, by Kim's side, to shove it regarding the $7M dollars. First off, Kim had an "iron-clad pre-nup".  TMZ reports that the community property would not be in that ball-park seeing as the marriage was only 72 days and he made money from the marriage as well.

 

He reportedly made $250-300K from the reality show he appeared on with Kim, he made $1 million dollars from the wedding and the tv show that showed them getting married, and Kim used a portion of what she recieved to pay for the ring.

 

 

 

In other Kim Kardashian news:  Kim was seen pumping gas in Hollywood, yesterday, in her $250K+ Ferrari 458 Italia appearing a tad-bit overdressed for just pumping gas!  She also signed an autograph for a disabled gentleman who seemed to admire her.  

 

Also, "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm called Kim K. & Paris Hilton "f@#$ing idiots".  In an interview, he told "ELLE UK" which will appear in next month's issue, "Whether its Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton, stupidity is certainly celebrated". he continued, "Being a F@#$king idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you are rewarded significantly".

 

Overall for Kim, it seems to have been a good and bad week depending on if you consider the glass half empty or half full!

Pilar Sanders wants to talk to Deion's mistresses.  TMZ reports that Pilar filed documents in the divorce saying that she has been trying to connect  with Aleena Stanton, who she says he slept with last summer, to prove he had an affair.  Pilar also claims Deion has been trying to pay off the mistress to keep her mouth shut and is now asking a judge to penalize Deion for this.  

 

Pilar also says that Deion created the situation between his aunt and her last month in which they got into a scuffle.  She says he was trying to get ab audio device which she has that she claims contains damaging evidence to him.  She also wants sanctions placed on him for that as well.

 

She wants to take depositions of another alleged mistress, Tracy Edmonds.  She was once married to Babyface Edmonds and dated Eddie Murphy as well.  Ms. Edmonds is not happy about being "dragged" into this divorce.  She says she met he and his wife when they reached out to her about producing a film project.
