Super Bowl 46: New England Patriots vs New York Giants Review

 

 

 

 

The Super Bowl started out on a high note with Kelly Clarkson belting out the National Anthem.

At the start of he game, Referee John Parry spinned the coin and The Patriots won the toss.  They elected to kick the ball to New York.

During the game early on Tom Brady threw an incomplete pass from his own endzone and the referee rules a safety.  It gave The Giants their first two points and was also the first points of the game.  This was not at all good for Tom Brady and you could see it in his face. Manning has also made a not great start having been sacked twice in the first drive by the Giants.

The Giants finally scored a touchdown when NYC's Eli Manning found Victor Cruz in the endzone. Lawrence Tynes added the extra point making it 9-0 NYC.

 

Giants Travis Beckum, tore his Anterior Cruciate Ligament.

Close to the end of the second quarter, Brady got a touchdown with seconds before halftime.

After Madonna's performance it was time for the blood sweat and tears again.

Brady came out swinging in the second half getting a touchdown with Aaron Hernzandez for the Patriot's second touchdown of the game.

Both teams made questionable plays as Manning failing to complete a pass and Welker not being able to catch a routine Brady pass.

 

Mario Manningham caught a 38-yard pass from Manning and Patriots  challenged it.  It was ruled legitamate.

Ahmad Bradshaw made a touchdown and put the Giants up 22-17!

Giants Win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
