Police Report Filed Against Chris Brown Again?

 

 

 

 

Just when it seemed Chris was taking two steps forward, possibly getting on the right track with his career, he has taken two steps back.  Apparently, a woman is claiming Chris stole her iphone.  Why, you may ask?  

 

A 24-year-old woman, Christal Spann claims after seeing Chris Brown and rapper Tyga out of Cameo Night Club in  Miami the wee hours of the morning she followed them and snapped a photo of him getting into his Bentley.  She claims Chris became angry and snatched her iphone from her and said "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website".  Police report Chris rolled up his window and bounced.  This is not good for the singer as he is still on probation for the 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna. 

 

 

The D.A. that prosecuted him for the Rihanna case is keeping a watch over the Miami case as the Miami incident could send him to prison!  This comes amid rumors that he and Rihanna are trying to get back together and after just collaborating on both each other's remixes.

 

Only time will tell what the L.A. probation office will do Miami Beach P.D. are waiting to see what L.A. County Probation recommends.  He could face 4 years in prison if he is found to have violated his probation.

 

Update: TMZ has obtained video footage after the alledged incident.  The girl who accused the singer of taking her iphone says she just wants it back.  Miami P.D. is aware of the video and is still deciding on whether to file charges.  He could also face a possible violation of probation for the 2009 beating of Rihanna.  If found guilty of that, he could face 4 years in prison.  Story Developing…...

Pilar Sander: Smack Me, Flip Me, Sue You!

 

 

From the incident that happened a few days ago, in which Pilar claims she was assaulted by Deion;s "aunt", she has now filed suit against Deion Sanders and the woman, Laura, who she claims assaulted her.

 

In the lawsuit, Pilar claims Deion designed this with the intent to force her out of their Texas home and change the locks.  

 

In the papers filed, she says, Deion got his "fake aunt" to help remove her on Feb. 6 and help put her out.

 

 She says the woman isn't  allowed in the home and she wanted her to leave.  When she didn't, the woman started swinging and hit her in the eye.  She called the cops.

 

Now she is suing for emotional and physical distress! Plainly put, she wants some M.O.N.E.Y.

 

Meanwhile, Deion responded via twitter saying it is completely untrue!

 

Update: Laura called into a local radio station with her version of what happened.  Put it this way, it doesn't paint her in a great light and is totally different version than what Pilar has said.
