Britney Spears is getting more and more personal with her legions of fans and yesterday she posted a bikini photo of herself on Facebook in a white bikini with the caption: "Ya"ll ready for summer to end? I'm definetely not." Spears is setting up for hew new season on X-Factor and has been working on getting back into tip-top shape! What do you think?

It was Brit's first day on the new job as one of X-Factor's newest judges and the crowd went wild when they saw just a glimpse of the 30-year-old. Britney, along with Demi Lavoto, L.A., Reid, and Simon Cowell, all were in Austin, Texas to judge some singing hopefuls who have aspirations of becoming the next big thing in the singing world. Britney went for a hot pink mini-dress and she signed a few autographs for a few eager fans. Today, Britney is said to be doing really well at judging being very articulate and giving thorough critiques. There was a moment, however, when Britney is said to have left the judging table when someone reportedly "butchered " one of her songs. X-Factor reported that she just need a break!
