The ugly and epic divorce between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian is proving to be a very big showdown. Kris Humphries is having his own problems with a former "girlfriend" who Kim's lawyers have subpoenaed . Kris started dating a woman named Myla Sinanaj , two months after Kim filed for divorce and had been dating her up until it became public knowledge. Kris says that Kim fruaded him an he was in it for love He has been wanting Kim to apologize and admit fruad and reports surfaced that he was holding out for $7 million dollars from Kimmie, even though they signed an air-tight pre-nup. This new girlfriend might put a dent in his claim that he was so "hurt" and it his claim that it was difficult for him to move on. After it surfaced that he may have been dating Myla, his people began to say she was a "booty-call", which didn't sit well with Myla as she said they were truly in a relationship and she even met his family. She feels like Kris has blown her off. Kris lawyers plan on using Kim's recent interview with Oprah as a part to prove fraud and Kanye may even be called in to testify in his case, which he will not be happy with.
Depositions for the case are set to begin this week, and Star Magazine is reporting some shocking news, that if proven true, would be devastating to Kim's reputation and case. They are reporting that during Kim and Kris' courtship, she sent him texts and left damning voicemails. Kim, supposedly says of her fans, who she in public refers to as "dolls":
she calls them “gullible,” “stupid imbeciles,” “boring little nobodies” and “pathetic people with no lives of their own.”
Kris also has plans to reveal that Kim is addicted to plastic surgery. She is said to have had liposuction, three nose jobs, a boob job and work done on her booty. The source says that she can't stop with plastic surgery and probably never will. Kim has previously denied plastic surgery other than getting fillers.

Kris Humphries trashed Kim Kardashian and her family in conversations and text messages to his former girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj … telling her Kris Jenner not only directed Kim to shoot her sex tape, but to re-shoot because Kris J didn't think the first one was pretty enough.
As TMZ first reported, Kim has subpoenaed Myla in Kim's divorce case, and we've learned Myla has a lot to say about what Kris told her about his relationship with his famous estranged wife.
In addition to the sex tape, sources tell us Myla has numerous text messages in which Kris says she is the love of his life and he wants to get the divorce over with quickly so they can spend the rest of their time on earth together. In several of the messages, we're told Kris says specifically that he's "moved on" from Kim.
The information is extremely damaging to Kris, because he's alleging in his divorce that Kim has destroyed him emotionally by allegedly defrauding him into believing it was a real marriage. Turns out, Kris has been banging Myla since mid-January, so his devastation argument may be hard to swallow.
Sources close to the Kardashians tell TMZ … Kris is lying about the sex tape. They say Kim made it clear at the beginning of their relationship she would not discuss the tape because she didn't want to be judged by it. Our sources say the sex tape never came up in any subsequent discussions between Kim and Kris and it just shows he's delusional.
