Myla Sinanaj, Kris Humphries "ex" is apparently pregnant and showing off her baby bump as she was photographed going to a burger joint yesterday.  Kris has gone and dug himself a deep hole with the "is she or isn't she ex-girlfriend drama".  In his divorce with Kim Kardashian, he claims he has suffered emotionally following their break-up and had trouble moving on.

 

 

This pregnancy, if he is indeed the father, will now serve in Kim's favor as this will strongly contradict what he has alleged.  Myla is said to be about three months along and says Kris is definitely the father.  She is reported to have said she wants to raise the child alone after the way Kris has treated her.  Once things emerged he was dating her, he denied it and stopped all contact with her.  

 

Update: Myla  tweeted this photo today July 09, which is raising the question as to whether she was ever pregnant at all or did she have an abortion.  Wht do you think?

Kris Humphries Dating Kim Kardashian Look-A Like

 

 

It all started with a photo that emerged June 2 of Kris Humphries on the beach with a curvaceous, dark-haired brunette.  It sent the blogosphere churning as to whether this could be Kris' new love interest.  At first, Kris' people denied it saying that she was a neighbor, who he'd never met before, who just happened to sit by him while he was outside on the beach.  Turns out that wasn't the case.  TMZ did some digging and found out that Kris and the brunette in question, Fatmire Sinanaj, are not only a couple, but have been dating since January 2012.  

 

 

Kris actually flew her in from New York to Miami to spend some time with him.  She goes by the name, Myla.  Kris, over the past few months, has gotten her and her family court side seats at games and she has been allowed in the area leading up to the locker room.

 

Update:  A source told Radaronline that Mala is not Kris' girlfriend.  

"Myla and Kris are absolutely not in a relationship. Have they hooked up? Absolutely, and she was pressuring Kris for a commitment, but he has been very honest with her that there was no way that was going to happen….Kris is very much enjoying being single and any girl that claims she is dating him exclusively is lying."

Kris Humphries may still be involved in a bitter divorce with Kim Kardashian, but just as she has moved on with new boyfriend Kanye, he himself seems to be trying to do the same.  The NBA star was seen this weekend with a girl who kinda resembles Kim K.  They chilled on the Miami beach seeming to not have a care in the world.  One thing seems clear about Kris, he likes the hour-glass, brunette-haired ladies!

 

Update:  Sources tell TMZ that the woman is just a "neighbor" who happened to sit down by him.

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian's divorce is at a stalemate.  TMZ reports that both of them would like to settle, but each one wants the other to get the annulment based on fraud.  Kim wants Kris to agree that he committed fraud on her based on the fact that he agreed to move to Hollywood and then demanded she move to Minnesota.  

 

On the other hand, Kris wants Kim to say that she committed fraud on him based on the fact that he claims, Kim never had any intentions on staying married to him., which Kim says is far from the truth.  Kim has maintained she truly loved Kris and was genuinely upset when the marriage ended. 

 

If Kris continues to insist he wants Kim to say she was the one who committed fraud on him in the marriage, she is going to fight and dish any amount of doe to fight the claim!  Kris has already demanded $7 million dollars to make everything go away, but Kim's camp rejected that and Kim says he made money off the wedding.  Kim also has an iron-clad pre-prenup which Kris gets nothing!

Kris Humphries camp is reporting that he did make money off his wedding to Kim, but he hasn't seen any of it.  When Kris and Kim got married, he claims that before they were married, both he and Kim opened a joint account.  He claims all the monies he and Kim made from the reality show and wedding photos was deposited into the joint account.  Even though it is a joint account, which both of them have access to, Kris hasn't went to collect any of it.

 

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ that it's not about the money for him, he just wants an annulment, which he has to prove was fraudulent and may be difficult to do.  Kimmie maintains she truly loved him and was truly heart-broken over their split!

Kris Humphries is demanding $7M dollars from Kim Kardashian to keep his trap shut or he continues to push for a televised public trial of their divorce.  Kim filed for divorce from the basketball player only after just 72-days of marriage and every since then, it has been a whirlwind of bad publicity for both.  It has gotten even worse personally, as Kris has said he wants a public trial and wants to prove Kim had no intentions of staying married to him.

 

It came out yesterday that Kris may end up representing himself in the divorce proceedings because he filed papers appointing himself as his own lawyer. The attorney he wanted to use is from Minnesota and in Cali, an out of state attorney has to have a local attorney by his side.  The attorney, from California, that was supposed to work with Kris Humphries Minnesota attorney withdrew from the case, leaving Kris in a predicament.

 

Kim is represented by Laura Wasser, who is one of the best and most powerful divorce lawyers in Hollywood.  Kris has commented and said he doesn't plan to represent himself and his attorney from Minnesota is still actively seeking another sponsor from L.A.

 

Kris has been told, by Kim's side, to shove it regarding the $7M dollars. First off, Kim had an "iron-clad pre-nup".  TMZ reports that the community property would not be in that ball-park seeing as the marriage was only 72 days and he made money from the marriage as well.

 

He reportedly made $250-300K from the reality show he appeared on with Kim, he made $1 million dollars from the wedding and the tv show that showed them getting married, and Kim used a portion of what she recieved to pay for the ring.

 

 

 

In other Kim Kardashian news:  Kim was seen pumping gas in Hollywood, yesterday, in her $250K+ Ferrari 458 Italia appearing a tad-bit overdressed for just pumping gas!  She also signed an autograph for a disabled gentleman who seemed to admire her.  

 

Also, "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm called Kim K. & Paris Hilton "f@#$ing idiots".  In an interview, he told "ELLE UK" which will appear in next month's issue, "Whether its Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton, stupidity is certainly celebrated". he continued, "Being a F@#$king idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you are rewarded significantly".

 

Overall for Kim, it seems to have been a good and bad week depending on if you consider the glass half empty or half full!

Normally giving to charity is a good thing, which is what Kim Kardashian did.  Kris Humphries, on the other hand, calls Kim's bluff.  Kim decided to keep the gifts that were given to her and Kris Humphries when they tied the knot.  She gave the value of the gifts, which she estimated to be worth $100,000 dollars, and doubled that amount to The Dream Foundation.  She sent out a letter to all her guest letting them know that she did this.   Kris has not taken this lightly, though. 

 

He maintains that Kim married him 'fraudulently' and feels Kim should return all  the gift.  He maintains that gifts from a fraudulent marriage should be returned.  He gives her credit for giving cash to the foundation but also feels she should do that and give the gifts back to their guest.  Kris maintains Kim never intended to give the marriage a 'real chance', but Kim says that she truly loved him and was heart-broken when their marriage ended.
