Marc Anthony Files for DIVORCE from Jennifer Lopez
Marc Anthony has filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez citing "irreconcilable differences". In the papers that are dated April 9, Anthony is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins Max & Emma. Marc also is asking that Jennifer not be allowed spousal support should she ask.
They announced their separation in July of last year, even though the filed papers doesn't indicate a specific date. Jennifer has been openly dating new boyfriend Casper Smart while Marc has stepped out with Shannon De Lima.
