Miley has sent the blogosphere in a tizzy as she, yesterday, tweeted a photo of her left hand with a huge rock while promoting a brand of nail polish. No one quite paid attention to the nail polish. Many are left guessing as to whether she and Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth are going to tie the knot?
Speculation continued as Liam and Miley, sporting the huge rock she tweeted, arrived at an charity event hosted last night by Muhammad Ali.
