Overjoyed and relieved at the same time can only describe Victoria Beckham's reaction after her Spring/Summer 2013 Collection premiered at NYC Fashion week to a great praise and admiration.  The collection was clearly Victoria Beckham Style with her signature fitted dresses, but this time she played around collars that have pointed ends and pleaded skirts and tanks.  The collection was soft and the celebrity designer paired textured fabrics with simple, yet upscale fabrics.  Models strutted down the runway with fierce looks in front of fashion giants like Ann Wintour. Victoria seems to have found her niche and her confidence continues to grow collection after collection.

Kendall & Kylie Jenner Walk in Sherri Hill 2012 NYC Fashion Week

 

Kendall and Kylie Jenner walked in Sherri Hill's runway show for 2012 NYC Fashion Week.  The pair looked liked season pros as they walked down the runway in several modern day prom dresses.  Sherri used colorful giving the line and fun, youthful vibe.  They got to strut down the runway with the designer herself as many people rich business people were the audience!  Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Jenners is proving to be a feat!

Richard Chai didn't dissapoint with his Love Spring/Summer 2013 collection which he showcased at New York's Fashion Week.  The overview of the collection was the simple, yet chic materials used, very neutral colors and different.  The collection was inspired by shapes, the sixties era, and was more light and feminine than previous collections.

Eva Marcille Hits The Runway At New York Fashion Week

 

27-year-old Eva Marcilles hit up the runway in New York Fashion Week at the 2012 Sanchicka Fall Fashion Show.

 

She looked better than ever as she strutted down the runway in different looks ranging from black laced top and furried hood enseble to a firey orange dress.  

 

 

Eva famously shot to the top when she won the thrid cycle of America's Next Top Model beating out fellow alum Yaya Da Costa.  She has since went on do some acting jobs on Y& R making guest appearances on UPN shows and Tyler Perry's House of Payne.

 

 

Eva famously dated actor Lance Gross and had a brief engagement before breaking up.

Victoria Proves Nobody Can Bend It Like Beckham: Victoria Beckham Wows At New York Fashion Week

 

 

 

 

Victoria Beckham delivered a fascinating collection complete with form-fitting garments.  The collection had a military theme with some fashion pieces having flat-leather boots with socks.

 

This added a more masculine feel to the collection.  She recieved many rave reviews for this collection and has already previously won a British Fashion Award.

 

 

 

 

The sleek look shined as the models paced gauntly down the catwalk.  She put out quality pieces that were filled with detail. The pieces had dark-toned hues with pointed-collars.

 

 

 

She was quoted as telling The Washinton Post :

 

She wanted to create an  "emotional attachment between the garment and the wearer." According to the paper this was a "no-nonsense, tough-girl" collection.

 

The pieces had a bit of mystery that left you wanting to see more.  Mrs. Beckham proves that she can hold her own in the competitive design world.  We look forward to see what will come from her in the future.

Fashion Week New York 2012 off with a bang as a sexy group of ladies walk the runway in "The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection Fashion Show".  The line up for the runway walk included Christie Brinkley, looking fab at 58, Minka Kelly, and Chaka Khan, just to name a few.  All of the celebrities strutted down the run way for a good cause, to raise awareness about women's heart health.  What a great way to kick off Fashion Week New York Style.

New York Fashion Week has officially started and the The Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection Fashion Show amazed. The show was held to bring awareness of heart health in women.   Chaka Khan was on fire in her fabulous red printed dress, set off with a satin coat.
