Lil Wayne wants Drake to squash the beef between he and Singer Chris Brown because it is bad for business. Chris has been featured on other Young Money Artist tracks and, like it or not, having Chris on a track can easily make it a hit. TMZ says Drake is receiving calls from Wayne, Baby, and the Young Money crew telling him to reach out to Brown. Drake is said to not want to do so if Chris still blames him for the bad fight at the NYC club last week, which resulted in serious injuries to other patrons including Chris Brown, Karrueche, and basketballer Tony Parker.
Stories have flown back and forth accusing Drake and rapper Meek Mill of being the aggressors, which they both have denied. Chris has cooperated with police and reports have surfaced stating that he was being considered the "victim" by police and the police were possibly pursuing Drake as the aggressor. The club owner has since been arrested and the club, WIP, shut down indefinitely. Some of the injured have already lawyered up and considering suing the club, Drake, and Chris. Young Money will continue to support Drake no matter what, but bottom line is Money!!!!!!!
According to reports, Lindsay Lohan lied to the cops after her accident Friday on the Pacific Coast Highway. Sources tell, TMZ, that while Lohan was being treated at the hospital, Santa Monica P.D. paid her a visit. Lindsay informed cops that she was the passenger and not driving the Porsche at the time of the accident. The problem with her story is, her assistant, later told police that Lohan was indeed behind the wheel.
The Santa Monica P.D. are said to be including Lindsay's statement in their report of the accident. If she indeed gave a FALSE statement to the police, it could cause Lohan more trouble with the law. Lying or providing FALSE information to the police is a crime and the lie could cause a probation violation in her shoplifting case.
Another bizarre murder has occurred in which a Canadian porn star killed a man and cut him up and ate parts of him and posted the act online. This is the third case of cannibalism reported this week. Huffingtonpost.ca reports
MONTREAL — In this chain of depraved events, orchestrated by a disturbed mind, it turns out that the severed human foot delivered to Tory headquarters was only the latest link.
CAUTION: GRAPHIC CONTENT MAY DISTURB SOME READERS.
Before that, someone repeatedly stabbed a young man with an ice pick. While both killer and victim lay naked, he dismembered the corpse and committed sexual and cannibalistic acts on it.
That same person apparently videotaped the gory scene and posted it on the Internet. The video is now being reviewed by Montreal police, who are investigating a case that has shocked the country.
A man by the name of Luka Rocco Magnotta is wanted in connection with a three-step crime: a killing, a dismemberment and a mailing of body parts to Ottawa. He is believed to be from Toronto and to have repeatedly used aliases and changed his name over the years.
His new name, Luka Rocco Magnotta, has a prolific presence in the darkest corners of the Internet. For nearly two years, it has been notorious among animal-rights activists looking for a man who tortured and killed cats and posted videos of it online.
He is also a low-budget porn actor.
His online presence is much vaster, however, than bisexual porn videos. Magnotta is listed as a model. He has been romantically linked to sex-killer Karla Homolka — a rumour that he has vehemently repudiated and others have shrugged off.
He is an avid author of online articles.
One article written in 2009, titled "How to Completely Disappear and Never Be Found," shares a six-step process for escaping and shedding one's identity. Another offers tips on how to get into the porn business.
A Facebook page belonging to a self-described model with the same name list a variety of personal heroes. They include pop star Madonna and two Russian leaders: Vladimir Putin and Joseph Stalin.
"There is such things as Monsters, Demons and Ghosts," says a quote typed onto that page.
"They live inside of us, and sometimes they win."
Police are now on the hunt for a suspect and trying to determine what demon might possibly have possessed a man to commit the acts alleged to have been committed in Montreal.
Their key target is 29-year-old Magnotta.
He has also gone by the names Eric Clinton Newman and Vladimir Romanov, among others. His multiple identities were confusing enough that even police had to issue a second press release Wednesday after originally identifying him as "Rocco Luka."
The geographic epicentre of their investigation is a grimy apartment building in Montreal's west end.
Magnotta was renting Apartment 208 in the brick mid-rise, by the bustling Decarie Expressway. Behind that building, a man's torso was found Tuesday in a locked suitcase, buried in a pile of garbage.
On the same day, a foot was found in a package opened at Conservative headquarters and a hand was found at an Ottawa postal warehouse — the latter package addressed to the Liberal party.
The building manager told The Canadian Press that Magnotta had been living there for about four months. In the manager's words, he seemed like a nice guy.
Police in masks were combing through the blood-soaked apartment Wednesday, having zeroed in on that particular unit from which a rotten stench was drifting out, says a building resident.
The neighbour said police were showing neighbours pictures of two men — the suspected victim and the homicide suspect.
The packages in Ottawa came from a common source. They carried parts from the same male victim, and they were both mailed from Montreal.
Police shared a few new details about the case Wednesday.
"The suspect and victim knew each other," Montreal police Cmdr. Ian Lafreniere told reporters. "It isn't linked to organized crime."
It apparently took a few days for anyone to find a body part. A resident in the building described the scene in the trash-filled laneway behind the complex.
"I saw the suitcase and I was tempted to go get it," said Richard Payette, 60. "It didn't look too damaged. I said, 'Maybe I'll go down and get it.' But I changed my mind."
The grisly discovery was made later, by someone else living nearby.
Police were milling about the second-floor apartment Wednesday, where there were still traces of blood and, reportedly, still some body parts stored. Payette said the door of Apartment 208 was left open for part of the day, and the smell of rotten meat was drifting out into the hallway.
The building manager said Magnotta had lived there for four months but hadn't been seen around in a while. He said there were never any complaints about noise in the unit, and that Magnotta passed a credit test to rent there.
"He seemed like a nice guy," said the manager, Eric Schorer.
Police said Magnotta has no criminal record.
What isn't clear is why body parts were mailed to Ottawa, including a foot received at the offices of the Conservative party and a hand found at a Canada Post warehouse.
Finding him might not be easy.
"When making the decision to disappear, it is very important to understand that this is not a process that can be successfully accomplished overnight," said the online disappearance tips, penned under Magnotta's name.
"For best results under normal circumstances, a minimum of four months is really necessary to successfully carry out the heroic actions necessary to leave your old life behind.
"This is certainly not an undertaking to be entered into lightly."

George Zimmerman appeared in court today before Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Lester. Huffingtonpost reports:
A Florida judge has granted bail for George Zimmerman, the Florida neighborhood watch captain accused of second-degree murder in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester set Zimmerman's bond at $150,000, but said he would not be released today, pending deliberations about the terms of the release.
The bail hearing featured dramatic testimony from Zimmerman, who took the stand and offered an apology to Martin's parents.
"I wanted to say that I am sorry for the loss of your son," Zimmerman said, adding that he did not know how old Martin was or that he was unarmed.
"I thought he was a little bit younger than I am," he said. "I did not know whether he was armed or not."
Assistant prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda requested that the judge set no bail or require a bond of $1 million, arguing that Zimmerman's past history of violence and the evidence against him in the shooting of Martin made him a threat to the public.
"Our position is that he will still be a danger to the community," De La Rionda said.
O'Mara asked for bail of just $15,000 and requested that Zimmerman be allowed to leave the state while on bond.
Judge Lester ordered O'Mara to confer with state prosecutors and the Seminole County Sheriff's Department on the terms of Zimmerman's confinement, and to request an additional ruling if an agreement could not be met.
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester says Zimmerman cannot have any firearms, drink alcohol or use drugs and must observe a curfew. Zimmerman will also have to wear an electronic monitoring device. The judge says Zimmerman will not be released Friday.
In another turn of events, ABC News exclusively obtained a photo of George Zimmerman with a bloody head, which was reported to have been taken 3 minutes after he shot and killed Martin. Some speculate that this could give credability to Zimmerman argument that Trayvon "bashed" his head into the concrete. ABC News reports:
The exclusive image shows blood trickling down the back of Zimmerman's head from two cuts. It also shows a possible contusion forming on the crown of his head. The original police report that night notes that the back of Zimmerman's head was wet, and that he was bleeding from the nose and head.
Zimmerman told police that night that he shot and killed the teenager in self-defense after Martin punched him and pounced on him. Zimmerman told police that Martin then bashed his head into the concrete sidewalk during the altercation that took place in the tidy middle-class development of the Retreat at Twin Lakes in Sanford, Fla.
Zimmerman was treated at the scene by paramedics, then cuffed and driven in a police cruiser to the Sanford police station. He was questioned for hours and later released. In police surveillance video obtained last month by ABC News, Zimmerman's wounds are not apparent, and there were no bandages on his head.
Zimmerman was not admitted to a hospital or given stitches the night of the incident.
The person who took the photograph of a bloodied Zimmerman, asking not to be identified, told ABC News exclusively that they did not see the scuffle that night, but did hear it. The person recalled seeing Martin's prostrate body on the wet grass and said the gunpowder burns on Martin's gray hoodie were clearly visible.
The photographer said that after the shooting, Zimmerman asked the photographer to call his wife. When the photographer asked him what to say, Zimmerman blurted out, "Man, just tell her I shot someone."
Investigators have seen the photo.
Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump is skeptical.
"How bad could it have been if they didn't take him to the hospital [and] didn't stitch him up," he said in a statement to ABC News in response to the image. "The special prosecutor has seen all the evidence and still believes George Zimmerman murdered Trayvon Martin."
Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara, said his client has spent enough time behind bars.
"He needs to get out. He should not be in jail," O'Mara said. "I want him out because I need him out. He wants to get out. His family wants it out. It should happen."
Craig Sooner & Hal Uhrig, George Zimmerman's attorney's held a press conference to announce that they will no longer be representing him due to his ignoring their legal advice. They also say they have lost contact with him. The lawyers also say Zimmerman spoke with Sean Hannity from Fox News but say Zimmerman would not reveal what he said to Hannity.
"George called Sean Hannity of Fox News off the record and he was unwilling to tell us what was said," attorney Hal Uhrig said.
Sonner said that Zimmerman had stopped responding to their phone calls, and that they did not know exactly where he was, although they thought that he was no longer in Florida.
Sonner also said that Zimmerman reached out to the special prosecutor in the case, against their wishes. "We were a bit astonished and had some conversation back and forth with the prosecutor's office," Uhrig said."They told us what we expected, '[that] we’re not going to talk to a criminal or [defendant] without counsel.'"
Zimmerman admitted to shooting Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old, on February 26 in the gated community where the teenager's father lived in Sanford, Fla. Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch member, called 911 and told a police dispatcher that Martin, who was walking back to his father's home from a convenience store, "looked suspicious." After an altercation, Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest. He told the local police that he shot Martin in self defense, and was not arrested or charged. Protestors around the country have held rallies calling for Zimmerman's arrest, and the Sanford police department has come in for withering criticism for its handling of the initial investigation.

On November 19, 2011, Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. was tazered by White Plains Police Officers. Chamberlain was 68 and had a heart condition and had a medic alert bracelet that alerted for help if he needed it. The police claimed he attached them with a hatchet and a knife and had to use deadly force. Now four month after the incident, new and alarming information has arisen about what really happen that night and calls into questions some of the decisions that the police made.
The new information may suggest that the police use racial slurs against Chamberlain. The evidence may also suggest that they forced their way in after Kenneth insisted he was fine. They went into the apartment say him in his boxers, hand to his side. They reportedly didn't give him any commands; they just began tasing him. He already had heart problems. The case is being sent to a grand junior. This case has been receiving more and more media attention following the case of Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed and shot dead by George Zimmerman, who has claimed self defense.
The New York Times described it as begining by Huffingtonpost:
The string of events that night sounds prosaic, a who-cares accumulation of little mistakes and misapprehensions. Cumulatively, though, it is like tumbling down the stairs. Somehow the uncle, Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., a former Marine who had heart problems and wheezed if he walked more than 40 feet, triggered his medical alert system pendant. The system operator came on the loudspeaker in his one-bedroom apartment, asking: “Mr. Chamberlain, are you O.K.?” All of this is recorded.
Mr. Chamberlain didn’t respond. So the operator signaled for an ambulance. Police patrol cars fell in behind — standard operating procedure in towns across America. Except an hour later, even as Mr. Chamberlain insisted he was in good health, the police had snapped the locks on the apartment door.
Mr. Chamberlain didn’t respond. So the operator signaled for an ambulance. Police patrol cars fell in behind — standard operating procedure in towns across America. Except an hour later, even as Mr. Chamberlain insisted he was in good health, the police had snapped the locks on the apartment door.
Cops say they heard loud noises inside Chamberlain's apartment, in the Winbrook Public Housing project, and needed to go inside to make sure he wasn't hurting anyone. One cop reportedly screamed out, "I need to use your bathroom to pee!" while others taunted him for his military service. Someone else allegedly yelled, "I don't give a f–k, n—-r, open the door!"
Chamberlain, according to cops, put a hatchet through a gap in the door while cops were trying to pry it open. When they entered his apartment, in the Winbrook Public Housing building, they Tasered Chamberlain and shot him with beanbag guns. Cop then claim he grabbed a knife, at which point they shot him twice in the chest. Chamberlain died at White Plains Hospital two hours later.
Chamberlain's family, however, claims video and audio from the incident shows that he was unarmed when police shot and killed him. "We believe that the grand jury should be able to fairly come to a conclusion that this is a homicide,” Bartlett told The Daily White Plains. “I would like for the grand jury to be able to consider any and all possible charges that could be found as a result of the conduct of the police."
Meanwhile, White Plains Mayor Tom Roach officially offered his condolences to the family without commenting on the details of the case.
On November 19, 2011, at approximately 5 a.m., my father, 68-year-old Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr., was at his home located at 135 S. Lexington Avenue in White Plains, New York.
He was a 20-year veteran of the Westchester County Department of Corrections, and he proudly served the United States of America as a Marine, receiving an honorable discharge. He stood about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and he suffered from a heart condition.
His medical alert device sent an alert to his service provider, which placed a call to the City of White Plains Department of Public Safety. In response to the call, police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians went to my father’s home. Once at his house, the police knocked on my father’s door and were verbally greeted by him. He told them that he did not need assistance and that there was no medical emergency. He told them that he did not call them.
Despite being told that there was no need for their services, the police refused to leave and insisted that my father let them into his home.
My father had not committed any crime, and he declined to let them into his home. My father communicated with police at length, and his medical alert service provider advised the White Plains Police Department that they wanted to withdraw their request for medical assistance because there was no emergency. Despite this information, the police continued to insist that they gain an entry to my father’s apartment.
During the incident, the police banged on my father’s door over and over again, causing him to fear for his life. In fact, my father contacted his medical alert service provider while the police were banging on his door and asked them for help. He told them that the White Plains Police employees were outside his door and were going to kill him. The medical alert service provider recorded the communications between the police and my father. During the incident, the police were disrespectful to my father and threatened him as he stood in his apartment and told them that he just wanted to be left alone.
The police continued to bang on my father’s door for approximately an hour. During that time they taunted my father, cursed at him, and called him a "nigger." They ultimately broke through his apartment door and forced their way into his apartment, all without his consent. Upon entering his home, and without warning or prior verbal warnings or orders, police immediately used a Taser weapon against my father and attempted to shock him with the Taser’s electricity. My father was standing approximately six to eight feet away from the officers, and he was wearing nothing but boxer shorts when the police began their assault against him.
After using the Taser against my father, everything else is questionable except for the fact that two 40 caliber rounds were fired into my father which resulted in his death. In my opinion my father was murdered!
We are asking the Westchester County D.A. to bring a criminal indictment, and we call on the United States Department of Justice or the New York State Attorney General to prosecute this as a hate crime, since it appears that his killing was motivated by hate.
Police Chief Bill Lee Jr., is temporarily stepping down from the Trayvon Martin Case. In a press conference this afternoon, the chief announced that he felt he was more of a distraction to the case. Sanford City Manager,Norton Bonaparte Jr.said he hoped this moved would bring calm back to the city of Sanford. A rally is scheduled in the city at 7:00p.m., which is to be led by Revered Al. Sharpton. There has been a national outcry over than handling of the case and the fact that George Zimmerman. Martin's killer, has yet to be arrested.
City commissioners voted no confidence in Lee yesterday. Bonaparte has received increased pressure to let Lee go. African-American's in the community do not trust police in the Sanford Community. Lee has been on the job almost a year and came in on the heels of a previous scandal. The former chief was forced out of office when a lieutenant's son was caught on tape attacking an African-American homeless man. The black man lay bleeding and officers drove the officer's son from the scene and his son was not arrested at the time. When the video surfaced, his son, Justin Collision, turned himself in.
African-Americans relations with the Sanford Police have been strained in the Sanford community. The NAACP and many other people have claimed that the Sanford police have on many occasions protected others in the department and repeatedly harassed and embarrassed African-Americans. This story is still developing……..
As a former homicide investigator, a career law enforcement officer and a father, I am keenly aware of the emotions associated with this tragic death of a child. I'm also aware that my role as the leader of this agency has become a distraction to this investigation. While I stand by the Sanford Police Department, its personnel and the investigation that was conducted in regards to the Trayvon Martin case, it is apparent that my involvement in this matter is overshadowing the process. Therefore i have come to the decision that I must temporarily remove myself from the position of police chief of the city of Sanford.
I do this in the hopes of restoring some semblance of calm to the city, which has been in turmoil for several weeks. As the chief of police of the city of Sanford, I have made sure that the facts of this case have been presented to the office of the state attorney. It is my hope the investigation process will move forward swiftly and appropriately through the justice system and that a final determination in this case is reached.
