Rihanna Still Mourning Grangrandolly's Death (Photos)

 

 

 

 

 

After Ri's grangrandolly lost her battle with cancer, Rihanna has continued to mourn her death.  She posted a photo of what her looking very somber with what appears to be a beer in her hands on her Twitter along with the tag:

 

 "I had to!!! Sorry granny."

 

She attended her grandmothers' funeral yesterday in Barbados, visibly upset. Rihanna continues to have a busy schedule as she is set to move to London for filming of her a new fashion show.

Rihanna Attends GRANGRANDOLLY'S FUNERAL

 

 

 

Rihanna was spotted on her from a New York hotel to attend her grandmother's funeral Friday.  She appeared very somber, dressed in a fitted, black dress holding her assistant's hand tightly.  Ri's grandmother, who she referred to as grangranddolly, passed away last weekend of a long battle with cancer.  Rihanna has been expressing her emotions about the loss of her grandmother via her Twitter account.  Her latest post stated:

A fan had tweeted to Rihanna yesterday, ""What da f**x good?! You been quiet all day."  Rihanna then tweeted a photo last night that sparked concern for her health.  She didn't put a caption with the photo.  Just days before she had tweeted that she had not been feeling well.  The situation must be alright as hours later she tweeted that she was on her way home to L.A.

Rihanna Has Innocent Birthday Cake?

 

 

 

Rihanna spoke to Ryan Seacrest on his radio morning show On Air With Ryan Seacrest and spoke about her up and coming projects and also addressed her collaborations with Chris Brown.  Of the collaborations she said:

 

"I reached out to him for "Birthday Cake" and in return he asked me to be featured on "Turn Up the Music".  "It made sense." "He's the hottest artist in R & B right now."  "It's just music."It's innocent".

 

 

 

Meanwhile, rumors are swirling now that Rihanna and Drake may be "kickin it" again.  The director for her video "Take Care", Yoanne Limoine, furthered the speculation on his recent comments about the video.  Promo pics have been released of the pair on the set of filming of Rihanna's video.   About filming Rihanna's "Take Care", the director stated recently  that the two seemed to be super close and visually it is a very humbling video.    

 

He also stated that their close relationship made it possible to shoot the video, which was shot in black and white.  Rihanna and Drake had a brief fling back in 2009 but as recently Rihanna has proclaimed that she is single and Drake denied a relationship in a January 2012  interview on Radio One.
