Usher Raymond to World: Tameka Foster is a Spitter

Usher Raymond to World: Tameka Foster is a Spitter

Usher Raymond testified today in an Atlanta court about an incident with Tameka Raymond. He claimed she hit him, threw food at hit him and worst of all, spit on his new girlfriend.  Usher says on one incident in which he came to her Foster's home with his new GF, claiming Tameka went bonkers.  He says Tameka wanted to fight his new girl, walked to his car demanding that she get out of the car and saying she was going to kick her ass and calling the new girl a b!@ch.  He claims she then went on to ask him why he would bring his new GF to her subdivision.  He continued to add she spit, opened the door and tried to swing at his new girl, utlimately, he had to get out of the car to block Tameka.  He adds in the process she hit him, he tried to get her to calm down and eventually left.  Upon leaving he says she threw a plate at this car.

Usher to Tameka Foster: NO HOME HOMIE

Usher to Tameka Foster: NO HOME HOMIE

Tameka Foster is getting very freaked.  Usher may be able to put her out of one of his Georgia homes as long as he gives her 60 day notice.  TMZ reports:

Sources tell us, the couple — who's trying to settle a nasty custody dispute — is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher's Georgia mansion.

Tameka's currently living there — but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property whenever he wants … as long as he gives her a 60-day heads up.

We're told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger — leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she's asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher's kids.

Usher's response … no way, no how.  He says he's already paid her enough.
